The role of TIL TECHNOLOGIES - security of people and goods - naturally encourages an involvement in sustainable development: both in the environmental as in the human and economical aspect.

TIL TECHNOLOGIES has always aimed to achieve an economic performance while respecting the environment and social equity. This requirement has been integrated in its strategy, culture and daily activities.

Thus, the company naturally continues its subscription, started in 2004, to the UN Global Compact set up by the UN and it commits to always respect its 10 principles.

ISO 9001:2015 certification

TIL and SORHEA, from Groupe ST, are among the first companies to obtain the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This certification highlights three main lines supported by the TIL management team:

• Improving customer satisfaction.
• Mastering the inter-service chain.
• Offering the necessary tools to boost efficiency.

Under this approach, a reorganization of the Customer Service team aimed at reuniting the Training, Project Development, Hotline and Customer Support services under a common management team.

Both facts are proof of the customer focus of TIL TECHNOLOGIES.

Taking into account environment protection

When designing a product, TIL TECHNOLOGIES establishes several objectives in terms of sustainable development:

• Design products with low-power consumption
• Favour an increase in the product life-cycle
• Decrease the use of metals and plastics (reduce the size of the products and components, limiting the need for wirings…)
• Contribute to the decrease in the use of toxic products (reduce the need for batteries)

Since April 2008, TIL TECHNOLOGIES also commits with the eco-organism Recyclum to provide the removal and treatment of professional waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), in compliance with the legislation in force.

Being socially responsible

TIL TECHNOLOGIES meets the criteria 2020 for the Empl'itude label and attests to its Commitment Social Responsibility defined along three lines:

• Actions promoting access to employment and professional integration
• Actions relating to the recruitment, integration and development of employees
• Actions guaranteeing the sustainability of the approach and the sharing of good practices
